ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Design and Print Integration limited provides a web service under the internet domain name of http://www.dpriprint.co.uk ("DPIPRINT"), subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. USE OF WEB SITE
DPIPRINT provides users with a service for the purposes of obtaining on-line print prices and placing orders on-line. Although DPIPRINT endeavours to the provide the best possible service to it's users, the service is provided on an "AS-IS" basis and DPIPRINT assumes absolutely no responsibility for any user / DPIPRINT communication or interaction resulting in errors or faults.
2. USER CONTENT
All information including uploaded files artwork files and any other material is the responsibility of the user from which such content originated. It is therefore, you, and not DPIPRINT, who is responsible for user content.
DPIPRINT provides an on-line facility to enable users to up-load their own artwork. This facility is provided on the basis that you and not DPIPRINT are responsible for the content of such artwork. You agree that you will not upload any content that is:-
You acknowledge DPIPRINT have the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and Conditions and that DPIPRINT may disclose content if required to do so by law.
3. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and NOT hold DPIPRINT responsible for any demand or claim, including reasonable legal fees, from any third party arising from content you submit.
4. FINAL PRINT OUTPUT REPLICATION
Because of the technical processes used in the conversion of your on-line artwork into final printed output, DPIPRINT cannot guarantee that the printed output will exactly match your on-screen artwork in terms of colour.
5. ARTWORK
Artwork must be supplied as PDF (Adobe Portable Document Format) format. Further information is available by clicking here.
6. DELIVERY
Our normal delivery to UK addresses is 5 to 7 working days from receipt of order, approved artwork and cleared payment. However, DPIPRINT cannot guarantee that every order will be delivered within this period. DPIPRINT will only accept orders from and will only deliver to UK addresses.
7. DELIVERY CHARGES
Orders for business cards are subject to a delivery charge of £6.00 all other media sizes are charged at £10.00. Delivery charges are subject to VAT at the current UK rate of 15%. Delivery charges are automatically displayed when obtaining prices from the on-line price calculator.
8. PAYMENT
Payment is accepted via a variety of credit/debit cards, cleared cheque or on account for account customers. The terms for account customers is strictly 30 days net.
9. VAT
Orders for letter Heads, business cards, complimentary slips and A6 marketing cards are subject to vat, other printed media is free from VAT. The on-line pricing facility displays the price for a given quantity and will display whether or not VAT is applicable.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DPIPRINT will NOT be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including, goodwill, loss of profits, data, images or any other intangible losses resulting from:
Interrupted service of DPIPRINT (However caused).
The cost of replacement or procurement of substitute goods or services resulting from goods or services purchased from DPIPRINT.
